The Camden Fringe: It’s Your Last Chance
Fancy yourself as a playwright? Stand up? Do a great comedy song? Got a rabbit in your hat?
This weekend is your last chance to apply to perform at Camden’s famous ‘Camden Fringe’ festival. Last year’s festival included 399 performances of 120 different shows across 4 Camden venues and this year they’re going to make it bigger and better than before.
“The next Camden Fringe will take place from the 2nd – the 29th of August 2010 and we are already busy cooking up plans to make our fifth fringe the biggest and best one yet” say the organisers “We put together an eclectic mix of acts and performance including new writing, stand-up, children’s shows, storytelling, twisted classics, a bit of poetry, musicals, dance, sketch comedy and magic. We like to keep prices low for both our performers and our audiences and keep excitement high”
